Domestic delivery (Germany) and the following countries: Austria, BENELUX, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Croatia, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary

No shipment is made to the following foreign islands: all

We calculate the shipping costs at a flat rate of €5.95 per order. From an order value of € 50.00 we deliver free of charge.

Certain goods are excluded from shipping, especially on islands, due to the size of the packaging.

We calculate the shipping costs abroad (each without islands) as a flat rate as follows:

delivery times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the goods are delivered domestically (Germany) within 2-4 days, for deliveries abroad within 5-7 days after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made any other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

If you pick up your order yourself, we will inform you by E-Mail about the availability of the goods and the pick-up options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

If you pay in advance, we grant you a 2% discount on the gross value of the order.
